ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE FROM 18TH JULY TO 29TH AUGUST 2026 MUST BE ON A SATURDAY. MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY DURING THIS PERIOD IS 7 NIGHTS. THIS IS DUE TO CLEANING STAFF HOLIDAYS. THE REST OF THE YEAR WE ARE FLEXIBLE JACUZZI - Is not included in the house rental Gas powered BBQ - Installed new January 25 and free for use DETACHED EXECUITIVE HOUSE, THREE BEDROOM SLEEPS SEVEN AND BABY, OFF ROAD PARKING. Wonderful Views of the Conwy Valley and Mountains in the Distance, yet a easy, level Walk into Llanrwst. Three Bedroooms, (master en-suite) sleeps Seven and a baby in Cot, Two Showers, Three Toilets and Bath. Very well Equitpted Kitchen (inc Dishwasher) Dinning Area seats Six, Living Room with "Erco" Seating and Fittings. Llanrwst has Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs, (some of the Cheapest Beer in the U.K.) Nightclub, and numerous Take Aways, there is also a Swimming Pool and Sports Centre. Llanrwst is in the Centre for all the Attractions North Wales Has to Offer, the Zip Wire, Surf Snowdonia, Betws Y Coed, Llandudno, Steam Trains at Ffestinog, Castles of Conwy and Denbigh, and the Coast are all "Local", not forgetting Gwydir Castle Llanrwst.
"Eagles View" is on a Private Estate which is locally known as the "Bank Managers" Estate, the road is a "Dead End" so there is no passing traffic, most of the residents are retired so the area is very peaseful, with the Wonderful Views and a Easy Walk into Llanrwst it is a Perfect Location for a Relaxing Holiday, yet with many Local Attractions and Places to See.
