Located in the heart of Pickering, this 3 bedroom property is spread over the back 1st and 2nd floors. A 5 minute walk takes you to the centre of this historic market town with excellent cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. The North Yorkshire Moors Railway (NYMR) is only a 10 minute walk away. This is a fantastic base to explore the Dalby Forest, Flamingo Land, Malton, Eden Camp, Castle Howard, Helmsley, Scarborough, Whitby, York- all within 45 minutes drive. This Victorian property dating from 1847 is called Eastgate Lodge and is on one of the oldest streets in the town. Full of charm, period features, high ceilings and large sash windows. On the first floor: A spacious light filled living room and a kitchen/dining room. There is also a WC on this level. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms (2 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom which has a trundle bed which can be made into either a single or twin room), plus one family bathroom.
