Scenic location. Nice big garden. Good parking in driveway. 2 Available Rooms with private bathroom down the hallway, access to kitchen and the whole of downstairs including garden and terrace.
We have been doing bed and breakfast for a number of years (we provide a very light simple toast, juice, cereal, tea and coffee) and it has been going quite well. We do live here but when we have guests we still use the front door but stay upstairs and you have full access to the whole downstairs area. We have currently two rooms available and we enjoy meeting a variety of people on holidays, working and short breaks to Battle. We do have one short haired cat but it does not come into the guest areas. We hope you can also enjoy the garden and the rest of the house.
Battle is most famous for the Battle of Hastings 1066 and so it is a tourist attraction with visitors from all over Europe. It is a lovely little town about a 15 minute brisk walk from the house. We are close to Hastings and Bexhill.
