Eden Vale is a large Georgian property of historic interest. Converted into 7 self-catering flats, each 3-star grade. The property is situated on an elevated private road on Morecambe promenade. Flat 7 Garden View flat with patio. This flat has 2 single beds on the ground floor level and a main bedroom down a spiral staircase with a super king bed. We provide an ideal central base for visiting the beautiful Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and only 4 miles away you will discover the historic city of Lancaster. A stay with us includes all self-catering facilities except personal towels and there are no additional charges for electricity and gas with free parking provided in the car park accross the road from the building.
The property is on the sea front overlooking Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland hills. A short walk into the town center Eden Vale is ideally situated for all the towns amenities and within easy traveling of Lancaster or the Lake District and Yorkshire moors.
