This is a home share property. Guests have access to a double en suite bedroom and a separate small lounge area exclusively for their use. Guest facilities are on the upstairs of the property so may not suit those with mobility issues. There is a dog resident in the property. It is friendly and not permitted into the guest areas but its presence means this house would not be suitable for those with allergies. You will be required to complete a digital registration form 24hrs prior to your arrival. The form will ask you to log details of all guests over the age of 16yrs old who will be resident at the property alongside their home address and passport numbers. This is required to comply with the "Immigration (Hotel Records) Act 1972". A copy of the law which applies is available on the UK Government website.

I am a very experienced host. I was brought up in this area and I know it well and I can provide my guests with lots of information should they require it.

The property is an end terraced house. It is modest, clean and tidy. Guests have access to the garden to sit outside if the weather permits. There is free on street parking directly outside. The property is located close to shops, take aways, public transport links and is only a 5 minute walk from both the canal and the loch.
