Embark on endless adventures exploring the beautiful landscapes North Yorkshire has to offer. Explore the Yorkshire Dales by foot or by pedal with a wide array of walking and cycling routes. Further Afield The market town of Richmond is just a few miles away in walking distance, and Barnard Castle and Leyburn are a short drive away. Each offers history and culture, restaurants, shopping and the weekly markets filled with local produce. Many of the shops and pubs near the lodges are dog-friendly and are extremely accommodating for your 4-legged friends. Embark on a family walk with your pooch through the great North Yorkshire countryside then stop off and grab a pint and some pub grub.
