Our property was built in 2008 it is a very airy and spacious property well lit and bright, we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible for our guests taking great care on the decor and surrounding area, the property is rented out on bedroom basis assuming 2 persons per bedroom if more bedrooms are required you need to put more guest numbers in on the booking, so for example 2 persons = 1 bedroom ( 4 persons = 2 bedrooms) (6 persons = 3 bedrooms) (4 persons = 4 bedrooms) Etc If you are unsure please contact me direct

I have been running business's for the last 15 years this holiday let is a fairly new project, I try to be very friendly and helpful to people and cater for all needs, I am a very easy going person and want to make sure I can do as much as possible

We are very close to Newburgh village which is a picturesque country village, and looks beautiful at all times of the year, we are close to some great amenities and are not to far from some major towns Liverpool Manchester Blackpool Southport
