Forth View Apartment is a newly renovated, bright and deceptively spacious apartment that offers exceptional value for a break to Central Scotland. Located on the shores of the River Forth, it’s just a short walk to Stirling City centre where you will find excellent transport links should you wish to explore further afield. This first-floor apartment (please note there is no lift access) hosts a modern, open plan kitchen/diner/living area finished to a high standard and has views over the River Forth and also to the Ochil hills. Stirling and the surrounding area are steeped in history. The historic Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297, Battle of Bannockburn in 1314 and Battle of Sherriffmuir in 1715 all helped to shape the history of Scotland and these sites can easily be visited from our properties. Allow yourself to become absorbed by the atmosphere, whilst visiting the magnificent Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and The Battle of Bannockburn Experience, and then recharge your batteries in one of the many cafés, restaurants or pubs. The nearby town of Falkirk is home to the world's only fully rotating boat lift , connecting the Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal, and also is home to The Kelpies @ Helix Park - the largest Equine statues in the world! The surrounding countryside is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts: walking, cycling and paragliding are all on offer on the nearby Ochil Hills.
