Freda house is a 4 double bedroomed property just a short drive from the city centre. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. All equipped with plenty of storage space for your belongings. Downstairs there is a relaxing lounge with 2 sofas, free WIFI and a smart TV for you to sit back and enjoy your favourite shows. Within the lounge there is a dining bench where you can still have your food, and watch TV at the same time. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, and all basic cooking essentials needed for your time with us, so you can whip up what your heart desires. The bathroom is also located downstairs in the property which has a toilet, sink and a shower over the bath. This property does have a rear garage, when you arrive at the property you will have to go into the front of the property, open the garage and you are free to park your vehicle in the rear yard. Please contact the office, to find out where the controls are for the garage.

This 4 bedrooms home is situated in Southwick - Sunderland just off the A1290, Which is just a short drive from the city centre where there are plenty of things for you to do Such as the Sunderland Empire Theatre, The Winter Gardens museum, and you can shop till you drop at the Bridges shopping centre. There is also endless restaurants, bars and shops. There is a sainsburys just up the road handy for your shopping, along with Mcdonalds, and Hylton Retail park to shop as much as your heart desires. WANNA KNOW A FUN FACT? The lands on the south side of the river were later granted to the Bishop of Durham in 930 and became known as Bishopwearmouth. By 1100, this area included a fishing village which became known as 'Soender-land' - which means 'a land that is cut asunder' - separated or put to one side, in this case, by the river.
