Glynllifon 2, a ground-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living area with a dining table seating six, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite shower rooms with a shower, basin, and WC, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, off-road parking, and EV charging.
