Having previously owned a Guest House in Llandudno for 12 years, we decided to move back to our family roots, but missed Llandudno. We are very happy to have returned to such a lovely area. David and Ann

Property info

Built in 1886, Granby House is typical of the large Victorian Houses seen within the Town Center. Many original features retain the character of the property, enhanced by the addition of modern facilities. The imposing four storey buildings in Deganwy Avenue are a stunning attraction within the Town. Within a 5 minute walk of the Beach, Pier and Town Centre, we are ideally located for access to all the Towns' amenities; Served by a variety of Restaurants, Cafes outdoor eating areas. Many attractive walks including the Great Orme and Little Orme, the North-Shore promenade and beautiful West-Shore beach and coastal path to Conwy Town. Excellent public transport services including a rail link into the Centre of the Town.

Neighborhood info

There are a wealth of attractions in both the Town and surrounding areas. Tram and cable-car rides, Mountain and Sea Zoo's, Seal spotting at Angel Bay, the longest Pier in Wales, bicycle hire, boat trips, countless activities including dry ski-slope, toboggan run, country parks, Longest Zip wire in Europe, copper mines to explore and just a short journey to the World famous Bodnant Gardens. Plenty of seating throughout the Town allowing you to sit and watch the world go by! Excellent Theatre staging a large variety of music, dance and entertainment.
