Hi there and welcome to our home Grayrigge Croft Cottage. We hope you love it as much as we do. We think that the location of Grayrigge is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Grange or explore other areas around the lakes. There is plenty to do within a short walking distance which makes it ideal for anyone not wanting to venture too far or those who are looking for a relaxing break. There are a number of shops, cafes and eateries close by and everything you need is on your doorstep. The house itself is very quaint and traditional, we wanted to retain its natural charm to fit in with the Grange surroundings and keep that home-from-home cosy feel.
We are relatively new to hosting our home but we are excited to share such a beautiful space. We enjoy spending our spare time here along with our 3 children and two dogs. We love the outdoors and the fresh air here with stunning views. It is our tranquil escape from our busy lives taking a break from work and the day to day chaos to come here relax and unwind and we hope you enjoy taking the time to do that here too.
We have always loved Grange, Jen's parents had a place here years ago so we have spent a lot of time here and grown to love it. We lead busy lives and live in Manchester where it is very busy so coming to Grange allows up to decompress and just slow things down a bit. The neighbours and locals are all lovely, a real community spirit amongst them. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The area is perfect for anyone looking to get away and enjoy some fresh air, nice walks or just some quiet time to relax. The promenade offers beautiful views over the estuary and there are some lovely little pit stops to grab a drink or a bite to eat.
