COMPLETELY RENOVATED (2022) plus two fabulous new bedrooms and an extra ensuite. Gwel An Heyl is a stunning barn conversion with glorious sea views just outside Padstow. Stroll into town along the famous Camel Trail to enjoy Padstow’s activities and world-famous restaurants. Enjoy the stunning Atlantic views from the terrace, the hot tub, or by a cozy fire in winter. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge kitchen/diner and a large lounge with bifold doors that open to a big landscaped garden with glorious sea views. We also have a funky new secret den - an escape for adults, a place for kids or teens, or convert it to a bedroom if you have a ninth person in your party. Free parking for up to 4 cars and 4 great sized bedrooms makes Gwel an Heyl perfect for 1 or 2 families, a group of friends, or a even a couple looking for some time away.
Really excited to share a part of the world that I love very much with guests when I can't be there.
Padstow is right on your doorstep either by taking a stroll or bike along the Camel Trail or a short drive into town. We are 1 of 5 luxury barn conversion in the Higher Halwyn development. These are all highly sought after homes.
