We have a total of 3 totally self contained two bed roomed cottages that are Visit Wales 4 star graded. Two are in a converted stone barn and 1 is in a newer build but all are around our court yard on a working sheep farm. All cottages have their little special features. Barrwg is our wheelchair accessible cottage with a twin bedroom, low rimmed bath with grab rails and transfer bench etc ( see our access statement on our website or call us directly to discuss your specific needs) this cottage also has an upstairs twin room with a shower room for able bodied family members or for a carer if required. Talfryn is also a two bed roomed cottage with both twins up stairs and a bathroom, it also has an additional toilet downstairs. Hafren our newer build has two twin rooms and a toilet upstairs and a large separate kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. this also has the added benefit of a double room on the ground floor if requested ( one of the upstairs twins would then be closed off as we can only accept 4 adults at times) All cottages have a lounge and dining area as well as fully equipped kitchens that include all our could need. All have a dishwasher, full size oven, grille and hob, a fridge freezer, micro wave, toaster etc etc . The lounges have TV DVD and a CD radio as well as broadband and a desk area if you really must work on holiday We have ample parking, outside spaces and dedicated dog garden if you've confirmed your fur baby can join you. We are just 1 mile from the local town of Risca and 3 miles from M4. leading to Newport, Cardiff etc We offer Outstanding Views of the area down as far as the Severn and Prince of Wales Bridges in the distance.

We love meeting all sorts of different people and showing them our lovely 4 star graded fully equipped cottages and of course our sheep and the views. We are busy around the farm most of the year but really enjoy sharing aspects of the farming sheep calendar with our guests if they are interested. We have a black cat called fluffy who also likes to welcome guests in his own way!

We are 1 mile from the town but once you've traveled up the country lane, you are a world away from everything. We are rural, peaceful and calm with fabulous views and walks and close to cycle tracks and shops and castles! We are on a working sheep farm and surrounded by other farms so the neighbours are usually quiet! we have dark skys and lots of fresh country air.
