A victorian guest house purchased prior to the pandemic. This property has had a new lease of life bestowed upon her. Fully modernised to a very high standard, it now offers 8 guest bedrooms all ensuite, all furniture, carpets beds etc are brand new! Fully automated entry both to the property and to the rooms. We have kept the communal lounge and the existing dining room. The property can be booked per room or as a whole house (subject to Welsh Government guidelines on families able to co-habit for the duration of their stay). A hardstanding area is available for drop off of luggage and off street parking exists only. Their is a council carpark at the very back of the property that is reasonably priced for overnight stays. This will be strictly enforced. Room 7 has its own private parking space however. This property will be a host less guest house.and all communal areas have CCTV fitted as standard for all of our guests safety. It is also a non serviced guest house and this has been driven with our ultimate aim of safety, comfort and enjoyment. We are available to answer any calls and do not live on site. We are however very close should any emergency arise. Our ultimate aim is to serve our guest/s with high levels of comfort and ease of use, within a socially distanced and effective environment.

Our town is quite flat (heaven for older legs) but has plenty of adventurous activities within easy reach. With 2 shores there is always a choice of watching sun rising or sun setting. On a clear day the views from the great Orme are well worth the climb. Within 1hour drive we offer Castles, Gardens, 4 more beaches, rivers, waterfalls, lakes & plenty of mountains :) We have activities for the young, the family & the more adventurous type (Zip line & Surfing within 1hour drive) . We have a Zoo with a view & a Marine Zoo. Did i mention Castles???? :)
