Heathcote House is our lovely grade II listed home, right in the heart of Milborne St. Andrew, situated midway between Dorchester and Blandford. We offer a warm welcome and friendly service, all rooms are en-suite and tastefully refurbished to a high standard. There is a comfy lounge to relax and watch TV in the evening. Tea & coffee will be available in the room.

I am an experienced host and enjoy meeting new people. Dorset is a beautiful part of the country and as well as a warm welcome, I am always happy to recommend places to visit, places to eat or provide local knowledge.
Milborne St Andrew is a thriving community with its own general store, post office, public house, and church. The village is equidistant from the Georgian market town of Blandford Forum and the county town of Dorchester. The Royal Oak Public House across the road is a very popular option for guests to enjoy an evening meal.
From Milborne St Andrew you are spoilt for choice of local attractions. Nearby beaches include Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Weymouth, Ringstead or even Swanage. As well as the Jurassic coast, visitors can also head to Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, The Blue Pool, Hardy's Cottage, Kingston Lacey or the beautiful Lulworth Castle.
