Fully Refurbished, Semi Rural, 2 Bedroom) Apartment with free Parking, Private Access With Stairs leading up to self contained 2 bedroom Accommodation ( 1 Kingsize Bed) and (2 Singles) 1 Bathroom with Shower, Basin, and Toilet. New Fully Fitted Kitchen with Electric Oven and Hob, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, Dishwasher and Breakfast Bar, open plan into cosy lounge area, L Shaped Sofa,Flat Screen TV, electric log effect fire. Central Heating , Free wifi .
Live across from property, Freindly couple, Own and run the bar down stairs that is open at weekend .
Semi Rural location in The Peak District, 1.7 miles into The Spa Town of Buxton, Derbyshire, with numerous bars and, Restaurants, Museum, Opera House , Pools Cavern, Public Swimming Pool. Outside 100yds to bus stop or 15 approx minute walk into town and Train Station into Manchester, short walk 2 mins to chip shop , local Pub with Food, and Newsagents. Ideal location for hiking in the beautiful Peak District. Cycle track 5mins at the back of property.
