Brand newly renovated self contained annex. Own key entrance which is separate to the main family occupied house. The annex consists of a double bed, with Kitchenette (not a full kitchen) and own bathroom with walkin shower. Large flat screen TV with internet channels, fireplace, microwave, kettle, toaster, airfrier, fridge/freezer, all kitchen cutlery and utensils provided. Tassimo Coffee machine provided with pods, tea, coffee and sugar also. Small breakfast bar with seating in the Kitchenette. Internet and continental breakfast included in the price. There is a small seperate garden area for guests, with seating to the front of the property.

We are a family providing part of our home, although the holiday let is self contained with own front door and key access, seperate to the main house.

The property is central location in the Peak District for walking, climbing and sight seeing. Mamtor, Castleton and Blue John Caverns are on the doorstep. With small local towns and Buxton Town centre, supermarket, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways within a 5 minute drive away. Bus stops outside and train station up the road for easy access to other local destinations. There is a bus that takes you straight to Manchester airport. Lovely farm shop cafe nearby selling homemade cooked food. Great location for breath taking views of farms, hills, sheep and cows. Ideal for a good breath of fresh air.
