Innes House is a family run Bed and Breakfast situated in the small rural village of Acharacle at the eastern end of the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. The village shop, post office, craft shop, cafe and local inn are just a five minute walk away Innes House has two guest rooms, both with en-suite toilet and shower rooms; The Loch Shiel and Loch Sunart are large double or family rooms. The Loch Shiel (a spacious double bedroom with sofa bed for a further 2 guests) and The Loch Sunart (a family room accommodating up to 5 guests with extra single bedroom available). Liz and Innes took over the very highly rated An Ceitean B&B at the end of 2021. New to hosting they have refreshed the accommodation to the highest standards and look forward to welcoming guests into their home. Also resident is Effie the friendly cockapoo., and gentlemanly Vincent, the cat. In the interests of helping those with allergies we don't permit pets in any of the guest accommodation. Sorry. We do have additional rooms, beds and cots and pull outs so if you don't see room options that fit the shape of your guest party please contact us to see what package we can put together for you. We can't guarantee the weather but we want you to feel at home, relaxed and comfortable, whether you wish to stay at home and read or write, or just unwind, or go out walking, cycling, touring: the great outdoors starts here. Just bring the right clothes! Liz's passion is for friends, family, children and grandchildren, and cooking, whilst Innes enjoys being outdoors, travelling, exploring and photography.

What do we love about Acharacle? We love the fresh air and the pure taste of the local tapwater! It's the environment here, so wild and natural. Peaceful and tranquil. And people are so friendly! This is a great place to de-stress!
