To minimise disturbance, felling closest to the properties has been scheduled for the period when the houses are unoccupied (January to mid-March). For the rest of the year, any work near the accommodation will take place only on weekdays between 10am and 5pm, while activity further away in the woodland may run from 7am to 7pm on weekdays. There is no weekend working, and only a small number of timber lorries up to four per day are expected.
