Kinnaird House is a Victorian self-catering house and has a great 'out of town' location and is set on a lovely south-facing hillside just 2 miles from the centre of Pitlochry. The property has the luxury of countryside views that are truly beautiful and it's lovely and quiet so look forward to a restful night's sleep. 5 upstairs bedrooms with 4 shower/bathrooms (3 en-suite) and one on the ground floor with en-suite shower. There is a fabulous antique oak dining table for you all to have meals together. Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Ideal for a family or friends get together and corporate events our pricing is occupancy based and bedrooms will be made available for your party size. The rental of the house is based on you group size so smaller groups will pay less for using fewer bedrooms. If you book for up to 6 - 3 double occupancy rooms will be made available with 3 bath/shower rooms. If you book for 7 or 8 - 4 double occupancy rooms will be made available with 4 bath/ shower rooms. If you book for 9 or 10 - 5 double occupancy rooms will be made available with 5 bath/shower rooms. If you book for 11 or 12 - 6 double occupancy rooms (one of which has single bunk beds) will be made available with 5 bath/shower rooms. If you need all rooms to be available please book for 12.
The Burrows family have owned Kinnaird House since 1998 and Jane lived in the house as a child in the 1970's. One of the family will meet you on arrival and assist you during your stay if necessary.
