This private king-size bedroom with en-suite wet room, close to Hastings Old Town. Antique furnishings, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian pieces. High quality white cotton linens and a choice of pillows. The king-size bed has a sprung mattress with memory foam topper for ultimate comfort. The en-suite has a wet-room shower. There is tea and coffee and kettle in the room.

I have been hosting guests in my three bedroom house for over 7 years. I enjoy welcoming families and couples for short stays in sunny Hastings. The house is a live-work space where I practice movement therapy and personal training. The garden is a wildlife sanctuary encouraging birds and bees.

The neighbourhood is quiet and there is usually on-street parking. The house is a short drive or a walk to Hastings Old Town and the beach. There are busses serving the neighbourhood and plenty of taxi companies in the town. Ore rail station is the closest to the property, and Hastings station in the town centre has more connections.
