Large family home, 8 minute walk to St Anne's Town centre, where there are bars, shops, train station, a beautiful beach and pier. Family friendly area, close to Blackpool and all the sights, and Lytham is a 5 drive down the road. Close to the motorway and transport links.

We live nearby if you have any issues, but we will leave you too it.

Lytham St Anne's is an affluent area with some of the best bars and restaurants around, the beaches and pier is worth a visit, as well as the famous Lytham festival. The area is known for the golf courses and Ribby Spa. It's a family friendly area. We are only 10/15 minutes drive depending on traffic from the end of the M55, so great location to access any of the local areas such as Scorton, Garstang, Trough of Bowland and Lake District You are walking distance to the train station and all major transport links so you could visit and not drive.
