A lovely warm, cosy cottage, with superb quartz worksurfaces, a stunning colour scheme throughout and a 49" UHD television!. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 49" Freeview TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. External utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine, and external games room with snooker table, table tennis and table football (shared with other properties on-site). Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 12m x 4m, open 8am-8pm). Electric car charging point. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds.. Woodlands Manor Farm is made up of beautifully converted farm buildings and a manor house equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a memorable one. Lavender Cottage (ref UKC4695) is a detached single-storey property, boasting two bedrooms, with a fantastic colour scheme throughout. The living area has a stunning 49" UHD television, and the kitchen area has quartz worktops. Lavender Cottage also has two bedrooms, one en-suite kingsize bedroom, and a twin with an adjacent shower room. From Lavender Cottage you can venture out in any direction and be acquainted with stunning scenery and fantastic views. The charmng village of Clovelly, 11 miles to the north, has a steep cobbled street leading to the harbour. Sandymouth Bay Beach is just over 3 miles away, with the inviting band of golden sand stretching 2 miles
