There is an age restriction of over 8 years because of safety. Little Turret is arranged over the first and second floor of the building. The windows are close to the floor and do not have locks. There is a stone spiral staircase up to the front door. We have two wood burners which are hot to touch and for a while after. We provide a fireguard and stove gloves and only adults are permitted to use the wood burners. Host would consider discussing requests for babies NOT yet crawling, toddling or walking. If you are bringing a child with you we would like to make sure you are aware of the safety issues mentioned and would appreciate acknowledgment that you are satisfied we have brought these to your attention. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
