Be it for a family holiday, a friends getaway, or a haven with your fur baby, this property offers a welcoming & versatile space for all. As you enter the lodge the bright spacious open plan living, dining & kitchen area greets you and the relaxation begins… Your home away from home! The living area is lovingly furnished with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and an abundance of natural light pouring in through the French doors. For those cosy winter nights there is an electric fireplace to keep you warm as well as central heating throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with modern appliances, coffee machine and ample counter space to make cooking a breeze. There is also a beautiful dining table for sharing meals or fun family games night. Beyond the kitchen are 3 cosy bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests. The charming master bedroom which boasts a king-sized bed, smart TV and a beautiful ensuite bathroom for your privacy. Plus, 2 comfortable bedrooms for family & friends. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, ideal for family or friends, and the 3rd bedroom is furnished with twin single beds, these can be moved together to create a super-king (on request) making it versatile for younger travellers, a fun sleepover or additional guests. There is also a family bathroom, complete with bath, for everyone’s convenience. Tucked away, beside the front door, is the laundry cupboard housing a washer/dryer, just in case you need to do laundry during your stay. Step outside through the French doors to enjoy the fully fenced garden, a safe and secure area ideal for children and fur baby (one small dog allowed on request, pet rules apply). Lodge in St Merryn Holiday Village is a perfect location in North Cornwall, offering easy access to stunning beaches, picturesque walking trails, and iconic attractions like Padstow and the Eden Project. St Merryn with it's shops and restaurants is a short 5 minute drive from the holiday park and you can be on a beautiful beach in 10 minutes. The property has the advantage of being in the heart of 7 gorgeous bays all within a 3.3 mile radius.
