We Love Property are delighted to Host Love St Leonards apartment , this apartment is set within a short walking distance to Main line Warrior Square Station and is in the Heart of vibrant St Leonards on sea, The property is a Gf and Lower Ground apartment with Gas Central Heating, Double glazing , Two Large Double bedrooms , fully equipped Kitchen and Large Shower room, the Front room has a double sofa bed and a large three seater sofa ,dining table and smart TV, the decor is modern with lots of seaside influence.

St Leonards has been dubbed " Hoxton on sea ' and We are truly proud of our costal town the property is within Five minutes of Kings Road and Norman with it's array of Bars/ cafes restaurants antique shops and Boutiques . the promenaded is fantastic and again has a wealth of culinary delights and culture ( We have also been blessed to have our own Banksy ). There are always festivals and events taking place within the area Hastings Award wining Pier hosts numerous Bands and DJ's throughout the summer and Coastal Currents our Art Festival with open House galleries through out the area is a real treat to find new artist talent. There is also so much to do for children with Lovely local parks and play areas the beach, crazy golf , museums , Amusements , sea life centre , smugglers adventures the list is endless. Enjoy !
