Welcome to this stunning luxury detached home in the heart of Broadstairs—an ideal coastal retreat for families and friends. Beautifully styled and thoughtfully designed, this spacious holiday home offers comfort, style, and everything needed for a memorable stay. Private parking is available at the rear for one car on the driveway (no dropped kerb), with the option to park over the drive. With prior notice, guests may also park on the driveway opposite. Enter through the back gate and side access via the garden. Inside, a sleek rear extension hosts a superb open‑plan kitchen with central island and stool seating, double oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated extractor, dishwasher, and air fryer. A cosy seating area with Smart TV (SKY Package and Netflix) sits alongside a dining table for six, with patio doors opening onto the garden. A utility area with washing machine and a downstairs WC add convenience. The ground floor also features a spacious main lounge with generous seating, a stylish wall‑mounted fireplace, and another Smart TV with SKY and Netflix—perfect for relaxing after the beach. Upstairs are three beautifully decorated bedrooms: a king, a double, and a twin, all with high‑quality mattresses and ample storage. The king bedroom also includes a Smart TV. The luxurious family bathroom is tiled floor‑to‑ceiling and includes a bath, large walk‑in shower, WC, and vanity basin. Outside, the private rear garden is perfect for socialising, with a corner sofa, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing sandy feet and wetsuits after days at nearby Viking Bay. A real highlight is the games room, complete with pool table, dartboard, sofa, and board games, providing entertainment for all ages all year round.
