Please note a deposit is required for this property of 200 and is returned two days following checkout. Sheer decadence and finished to a truly luxury standard. Enjoy the waterfront views from the balcony, & sleep comfortably in either of the Kingsize memory foam beds. The apartment comes with parking for 1 car plus surrounding free parking. If you want to enjoy a chilled vibe after a long day then this is your place! But if you fancy a night out, a few cocktails & some fabulous food then it’s all within a 5 minute walk, & only a stones throw from the train station, then 10 mins on to Cardiff.

Both myself and my husband work in the telecoms sector based in South Wales which is where we live with our 3 boys. I run two local businesses based in Newport and have been renovating houses for almost 20 years.

This is a quiet residential area on the edge of town If you arrive early there is on street parking if required for up to 2 hours, it’s just a case of finding a space! If any longer there are 2 multi story car parks within a 5 minute walk, kingsway or friars walk. The Train station is a few minutes walk across the bridge with direct links to London or Swansea. Cardiff 10 minutes away via train or Bristol 20. It’s the perfect location!
