There is a limited 'sea view', and the walk down to the seafront is just a few minutes. Early check in / Late check out may be available depending on bookings. There is resident's parking on site, through a locked gate. There is normally a spot, but obviously this cannot be guaranteed. However, there's plenty of free parking on the roads around. Entrance to St Paul's Court is down the 40m private road St Paul's Place, so there's no passing traffic. As it's a private residential area, we do ask guests to respect this and others - this is why we have imposed a child age of 5 and booking age of 25 yrs min. BEDS: 1 x king double. Twin room : 1 x single, 1 x shorter 173cm single PETS - we do come here with our own 3 retired greyhounds, ALL DOGS TO STAY IN ANNEX CONSERVATORY & KITCHEN ONLY, for hygiene and allergy reasons. Well behaved quiet dogs only - PLEASE ASK, we are able to supply large dog beds. SMOKING - outside only. We reserve the right to ask for a small damage deposit in certain circumstances

There are all the usual amenities close to hand, including a Lidl about 350m up Church Road. There are several parks within a very short distance, including the iconic Warrior Square Gardens, Gensing Gardens and The Oval - where there is a 4 day music and beer festival every summer. These parks are all beautifully kept with roses and other flowers, with a view over the bowling greens to the sea from The Oval.
