At last, after 18 months, we have now got Listed Building Consent and can start our transformation. Since purchasing our gorgeous place in July 2020, we have created a fantastic reputation especially for our breakfasts, and so now we are ready to open gorgeous rooms in April 2022! We will have our licensed coffee shop which serves breakfast from 9.00am-11.45am, homemade cakes, lunches and the amazing Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding.

We are situated right on The Square in the centre of Cartmel and overlook the fabulous Village Shop; famous for Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding. With everything just a 2 minute stroll from or door, we are a perfect location for an relaxed weekend away whether you head into the Lakes to explore or literally wander from pub to restaurant to pub.....
