Meadow View is a delightfully presented rural retreat in the heart of East Sussex. An idyllic spot surrounded by beautiful countryside, endless walks whilst boasting a super king bed to cosy up in. The charming historical village of Mayfield can be walked or driven to, with its picturesque street of shops, a deli, Truffles bakery & comfy pubs. Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 15min drive with a vast amount of shops and eateries. Close by ~ Glyndebourne Opera House, Ashdown forest, National Trust houses, vineyards & the beach (Pevensey Bay, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Camber Sands etc) Brighton - 50 min, Rye - 55 min Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet as fees apply - payable during your stay by either cash or bank transfer.

Local PUBS ROSE AND CROWN - Mayfield - Cosy pub (5 min drive, 50 min walk) The MIDDLE HOUSE - Mayfield - Restaurant and pub (5 min drive, 50 min walk) LAZY FOX - Mark Cross - part of Elite pub chain, large garden with pretty views (10 min drive) BLACKBOYS INN - Blackboys - cosy pub with good food (8 min drive) The GRIFFIN INN - Fletching - fantastic pub, top for food, views etc etc!
