Self-contained flat within a family house. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, spacious bathroom. The flat has its own entrance door which encloses your private space for your own use, no space is shared with anyone else. We want you to feel very comfortable during your stay, and hope you enjoy the amenities and facilities which our flat provides.

Our house is set on a quiet, tree lined road. As it is not a through road, there is very limited traffic. Our house is a short 15 minute walk from Lostock Station with its fast links to Manchester. M61 / M60 motorways are close by. Bolton Wanderers Football Club is a 5 minute drive away. Horwich Town Centre is a 10 minute drive. Middlebrook Retail Centre is a five minute drive away.
