Just undergone modernisation. Contemporary one bed annex with off road parking. ground floor building with private access. Fully furnished and equipped for two people. However there is a sofa bed in the living room so it can accommodate up to 4 people for a shorter trip. Ideal for weekend break or people looking for longer term trips or for business, offering great long term discounts. Convenient location to shops, pubs and country walks and beach all within fifteen minute walk.
We love travelling, especially cruising visiting as many places as possible. We relax at home along with our two 5 year old labs and a golden lab puppy, and we have let rooms out to people from all over the world for the past 22 years. We have a large garden with swimming pool, and enjoy outdoor entertaining.
Very quiet neighbourhood in semi rural location On bus route to Colchester and 15-20mins from A12. 50mins to London by train from Colchester.
