My cottage is perched high above Blaenau FFestiniog with stunning views in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk from the town centre. It is beautifully warm in the winter and in the summer catches the sun from dawn until dusk. Zip World, Bounce Below , the LLechwedd Slate Caverns and the FFestiniog Railway are all close by.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are steep steps to the property.
Parking is roadside - usually no problems. Be aware, the road to the cottage is steep and narrow. Very few people have found it a problem but if you are a nervous or new driver it is something to consider.
Bed linen, tea towels, a kitchen hand towel and gas/electricity are included in the price. No bath towels.
I am always available by telephone or email. The key to the cottage is kept in a key safe and I will contact you with the safe number a few days before your arrival. I have good friends living next door and the cleaner lives in the town in case of problems.
The cottage is in a very quite terrace in the Summerhill area of Blaenau Ffestiniog and is only a few minutes walk from the town centre and all its amenities which include three small supermarkets which stay open late.
The Ffestiniog Railway is a short stroll away and Zip World is within walking distance. Walks from the cottage lead straight into the mountains.
Main line station with trains to Llandudno, Betws y Coed, Bangor, Anglesey. Bus routes with connections to most of the major towns in the area.
