Lovely one bedroom apartment situated in the centre of town. Own the lovely pub downstairs since 1984. Want to list this place as it's a wonderful and beautiful flat where it's a 2 minute walk from the De La Warr Pavilion.
The area is wonderful, from the beautiful seafront, enchanted Egerton park, Fantastic eateries around.
