It’s a beautiful cottage in a central location. It’s very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Any communication with the staff was really helpful and the fact that breakfast was included at the original pudding shop, was a lovely surprise.

This charming cottage comfortably accommodates four adults and two children, with the bunk room featuring child-sized beds suitable for children aged 14 and under. The spacious downstairs living area offers a bright, welcoming kitchen alongside a cosy lounge and dining space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, hob and oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and all necessary cooking utensils, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lounge is furnished with a TV offering Freeview and Netflix, along with a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment needs. During the winter months, you can enjoy the warmth of a log fire, adding to the cosy atmosphere. The cottage has been in our family for over 20 years, reflecting its charm and character. Located on Chapel Row, next to Bakewell Methodist Church, it is just a few seconds’ walk from the centre of Bakewell, making it ideal for exploring the town and surrounding countryside. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the first bedroom, a double bed in the second, and a twin bunk bed room designed for children. The upstairs family bathroom features a basin and a shower over the bath; we provide hand soap, one toilet roll, and an anti-slip bath mat for your convenience. Bath and hand towels, along with fresh linen, are supplied. Outside, there is a pretty, secure patio area at the rear of the property with seating and a table for two, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sunshine. A washing line is also available for use during warmer weather, making this cottage an ideal base for a relaxing break in Bakewell.
