I am new to Eastbourne, but not to the hospitality trade. I ran Holmleigh House Bed and Breakfast in Seaton, Devon for nine years, achieving a Visit England Four Star Gold Award and maintaining a Breakfast Award for many years. Number Ninety One is a lovely Edwardian house, with many of its original features. The bedrooms are all en suite and have many extras, such as a well stocked hospitality tray, complimentary water, dressing gowns, hair dryers and lovely toiletries. TV and free WiFi in all the rooms. Two of the rooms have lovely sea views. Most of the rooms have been completely renovated and all have been re decorated to a high standard. Breakfast is served in the pretty dining room. All ingredients used for breakfast are of the highest quality and locally sourced. The front garden is a lovely location to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine. There are plenty of books, magazines and games should you wish to use them. This is a perfect location, the beach is just across the road, a few minutes walk away. Its a peaceful location but only a short flat walk from many of Eastbourne's attractions, The Pier is a ten minute walk away, the historic Redoubt Fortress, Bowling Club and Princes Park are all a few minutes walk away. Buses stop nearby to take you further afield. The house has a homely feel and you will I am sure feel welcome and enjoy your stay

Eastbourne is a gem of a resort, there is so much to see and do, there seems to be a different event every week, particularly in the summer. The lovely pebble beach and flat esplanade makes walking a pleasure. Something for everyone here in Eastbourne on the sunshine coast.
