In peak season - You can buy via the owner/Swansea Council a resident parking permit £25.00 per week - Secure storage for bike, kayak, surfboard, golf clubs etc in garage - prior arrangement with owner - Golf courses near by: Pennard Golf Course, Langland Bay, The Gower Golf Club, Clyne Golf Club - Shop and pub 300 metres - Beach 0.5 miles - Low, sloping ceilings on the second floor - Please note 2 dogs welcome (3 possible by prior arrangement).
