This is a very unique place to stay sleeping up to 8 (but we give generous under-occupancy discounts) with a seaview on a quiet road just 3 mins from the beach. It is very suitable for multi-generational families as there are living and bedroom areas on both floors so you can be together or separate. House works for elderly too as you can drive to front door, no steps, large level showers and you don't have to go upstairs as 2 bedrooms and one living area are downstairs. House has a check in day of Friday for either the weekend or week stays. If you book for reduced occupancy the remaining bedrooms are not sold. The discount for under-occupancy is on the basis that 2 people are in each room. If say 4 people want 3 bedrooms you must select party size of 6 or 8. If you do over-occupy from that booked, the damage deposit will be forfeited and the extra supplement charged. There is one travel cot (no linen) and one high chair available on request. Only one pet, on prior request allowed and is charged at 50 but please bring any bowls/old towels etc
Whitstable local family and passionate about making sure you have a great time. We live nearby in the town.
The house is on a small quiet residential cul-de-sac with a seaview. There is a post office, shop and pub in a few minutes walk, as is the beach. The main town centre is pleasant 15-20min walk along the coast path or by regular bus. Railway station is approx 1 mile away.
