The apartments are located in a quiet residential area, only a 5 minute stroll to the promenade and beach, and also to the renowned Royal Lytham St.Annes Golf Club. It is only a 7 minute walk to the Town Centre of St.Anne’s Square with its shops; supermarkets; restaurants, and bars. The historic town of Lytham is only a 5 minute drive away, as are the other 3 championship golf courses of Fairhaven; Old Links, and Green Drive. An 8 minute walk from the apartments takes you to Ashton Gardens, which are well maintained and attractive public gardens located adjacent to St.Annes Square shopping centre.Visit the Pavilion Café for light refreshments. Blackpool is only a 10 minute drive along the coast, with its splendid promenade, and famous Tower Ballroom and Gaiety Theatres. Lytham Festival is held annually in July encompassing music, comedy and literary elements for all ages.
