Property info

A contemporary apartment with large flat screen tv, central heating and double glazing. Free fast fibre broadband throughout the accommodation. A great location opposite the Travel Lodge and only 150 meters from Bay View shopping centre which has a Morrisons supermarket and home bargains so you can pick up any amenities you need without the need for a car. The pristine Colwyn Bay Porth Eirias Beach is also within walking distance, part of the Waterfront project, it has seen the import of Saharan quantities of fresh sand and the promenade has been refreshed and revitalised. Local attractions include Eirias Park, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and the surrounding area holds many more attractions and activities for the visitor and holiday-maker.
