Pheasant Cottage is a semi-detached stone barn conversion, one of two, set in the village of Beck Side near Cartmel. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a ground floor super king-size double with an en-suite bathroom and a first floor super king-size double. Both rooms have zip/link beds and can be arranged as twin rooms on request. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas stove. Completing the cottage is a bathroom. Outside are shared gardens and off road parking. Highchair available. Pheasant Cottage is a fantastic choice at any time of year. Will accept 2 well-behaved small dog, 10 supplement per booking.

The historic, South Lakeland village of Cartmel is renowned as the prettiest village in the Lake District. The Priory Church, one of the finest ecclesiastical buildings in the north of England, remains the heart of the community with its gatehouse forming the entrance to the village. The village features pretty streamside walks, quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, a charming gift shop, welcoming, traditional pubs serving real ale, the nationally acclaimed, Michelin Star awarded L'Enclume restaurant, and the Cartmel Village shop, which sells the famous sticky toffee pudding.
