Pintail is a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The lounge has 2 very comfy settees and is a wonderful place to relax. It is not on a main road so is very quiet which is great if you want a decent nights sleep.

If you like being near the sea like I do, then this is the perfect location for you and your guests as it is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the beautiful imposing Bamburgh Castle is on the beach. I like being in a location where you are able to walk to local restaurants and bars, so Pintail is ideal for this as it is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful village of Bamburgh. If you choose to stay at Pintail you won't be dissapointed, we have one of the most beautiful coastlines in Northumberland. We would love to welcome you so you can see for yourself what a beautiful place Bamburgh is. Judith (owner of Pintail)

Bamburgh is a very friendly Village. It has some great places to eat and if you like fish and chips my favourite place is The Victoria Hotel, they make hand cut chips and beer battered fish which should really be called Whale as they are huge! my friend and I normally share a portion there and if it is a Friday they even offer Fizzy Friday so you can get 2 small bottles of Prosecco for a reduced rate a lovely addition to the fish and chips. Twice a year on the last bank holiday in May and August, Bamburgh host their famous Bamburgh fair which is in the centre of the village. The fair is amazing and has about 100 stalls selling everything from home made cakes to local art and crafts, beautiful jewellery and much much more, so if you happen to be staying at Pintail during these fairs they are definately worth a visit.
