Property info

Pixie Cottage has been renovated to a very high standard, with special attention given to providing everything you need when you want a home away from home. The cottage benefits from a great yet peaceful residential location on the very edge of the town centre, just 5 minutes’ walk from the main railway station, with direct links to Lewes, Brighton, Hastings and London so is ideally suited to anyone wanting to travel by train to neighbouring places of interest. Please note: Although there is a garage at the property, it is of reduced size, due to the Cottage's more spacious than normal downstairs accommodation for properties of this type. It is therefore unable to accommodate a normal sized car. Parking in the courtyard is permitted for 20mins allowing loading/unloading, and on street parking permits will be provided free of charge for each day of your stay.

Neighborhood info

Situated close to the centre of Eastbourne Pixie Cottage is the ideal base for visiting the local area attractions. The recently completed Beacon shopping centre is only a few minutes walk, and the seafront, Beachy Head and local theatres are also nearby. Highlights during the summer include Airbourne, (the largest free airshow in the UK) and the annual International Tennis tournament at Devonshire Park.
