Large, airy, self contained ground floor of grand period house. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, huge living room, TV with BT Sports, separate dining area seats 6, separate galley kitchen, private front entrance. Superb location in quiet street within easy reach of Hastings Old Town. 7 minutes walk from Warrior Square train station, 2 streets back from the beach. Unrestricted street parking. We happily accept well behaved pets.

My name is Sarah. I live in St Leonards on Sea and work in central Londo. I am involved in large outdoor public arts events around the UK.

We are two streets back from the sea front so it is really quiet. We are in a lovely residential area opposite a church. The flat is very close to Kings Road which is full of cafes, restaurants and shops and there are a number of restaurants and cafes on the seafront. We are within walking distance to Hastings Museum, the Museum of Crime and Hastings Contemporary. We are a 7 minute walk away from St Leonards Warrior Square train station and there is lots of street parking available.
