Right next to the University of Sunderland City Campus. About 10mins to the Stadium of Light. Perfect for Sunderland matches, if you are here to watch Rugby or Football matches and planning a weekend getaway around the City, this is the place for you. So whether you are a student, a profession or fun lover willing to get around Sunderland and the city centre with ease, this is a perfect affordable accommodation for you. It is a clean, fully furnished double bed shared accommodation with two toilets, bath and a shower.
