Situated on the edge of a lovely cotswold village, 12 miles from Stratford upon Avon. Ideal for site seeing, country walks, cycling and relaxing. Large self contained apartment in a detached Bungalow consisting of an en-suited double bedroom, large kitchen, large Lounge with stone fireplace and dinning area. Indoor games and badmington available in the garden. Large secluded garden with table and chairs, large pond and a stunning countryside views. Guests have the place to themselves (no sharing) Owners use a separate parts of the building. Fully equiped for self catering or guests can use the many pubs, restaurants and take aways nearby.

My name is Peter, I am retired and a keen walker. I also enjoy cycling, gardening and travelling. I have a lovely countryside home and look forward to welcoming guests from the UK and around the world. As I live on site I like to personally welcome guests and show them round. I then give them my number and ask them not to hesitate to contact me if they have any questions what so ever on the house or the local area. I keep an information file in the lounge with te hifi code and information on local places of interest.

Situated in beautiful rural countryside the house is completely private with wonderful views. Great Walking and Cycling . Many National Trust and Historic Houses with 30 minutes. Stratford upon Avon 12 miles , 30 minutes Shipston on Stour 10 minutes Many Cotswold Villages within easy reach; Chipping Campden, Morton in Marsh, Stow in the Wold, Chipping Norton, Woodstock Gaydon Historic Cars 20 minutes Silverstone F1 track 40 minutes Oxford 50 minutes Good for music events and countryshows. Junction 11 M40 17 minutes Birmingham Airport 1.30 minutes Heathrow Airport 1.30 minutes
