Ring O Bells St Issey is a traditional village pub, with good beer, a vastly stocked bar with both soft and alcoholic drinks. We served homecooked traditional meals and good Cornish portions. The building itself is hundreds of years old with traditional woodwork and slightly low ceilings in places. All of the B&B rooms are on the 1st floor with stairs leading to them, the stairs are not the best for anyone with any mobility issues. They are all Ensuite and you are given a key both to your room and the side door of the pub, so you are able to come and go as you please. Although we do not have gardens, we have a courtyard with lots of floral displays to enjoy, which has an overhead cover for those who smoke. We are set on the road between Padstow and Wadebridge. The rooms are above the pub, so it can sometimes be loud when we have live music, or a busy bar. However, last orders are 10:30pm Sun - Mon, Fri & Sat 11pm.

The host, Kirsty, is a local maid from just down the road in Padstow. Her family has been in the area for generations, and her grandparents drank in 'Ringers' for 5 decades on a sunday lunchtime. She is the perfect person to advise on places to visit, how to get there, and what is good to see or do in the area. She's extremely friendly so do not panic if you are travelling alone. Kirsty will happily chat away with you during your stay.

The neighbourhood is a village setting with the church opposite, with wonderful locals with even better stories and jokes you are in for a treat! St Issey is perfectly situated between Wadebridge and Padstow with them 3 miles either side.
