This ground floor apartment is in an impressive riverside location in the heart of Knaresborough’s Waterside. Finished to a very high standard, the property, the views and the location are perfect for a quiet get away. With daily sightings of Kingfishers, herons and other wildlife, 'Riverside' is perfect. Sorry, STRICTLY NO CHILDREN, due to the dangers of the river! No PETS!
Julie & I live above the apartment. Now that our boys have flown the nest, we’ve decided to convert the ground floor of the house into an executive apartment, so we can share our amazing property and views with you.
